Call for 200 mph train to cut travel from L.A. to San Fran to 3 hours

The proposal for the train put forth by the California High Speed Rail Authority would also link other major cities in California such as San Diego, San Jose, and Sacremento. Supported by past governors, the plan could find its way to the 2008 ballot.
